Sign in to request deletion of your BeiKe card account and associated personal data. Your account access will close immediately after the request is submitted.

Our team verifies account ownership and resolves outstanding matters. Account data becomes eligible for automatic erasure 90 days after that review is completed. Trade and support records follow their own 90-day periods. Relevant records may be kept longer for an unresolved transaction, dispute, security investigation or legal obligation. Backup copies expire within 90 days of their creation.
